Returns & Exchanges

If your piece is not right, you can return it or exchange it for a different size within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

• Email k.and.jewel@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
• We will send you instructions and, for exchanges within the EU, a prepaid label.
• Pack the piece unworn, in its original box and pouch.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the piece, we refund the original payment method within 5 working days.

Exceptions

Engraved, resized and One of a Kind pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
